 We hold daily online meditation (zazen) sessions, Monday to Saturday, at 6:00am GMT / 7:00am CET  — quiet sitting carried across rooms, rivers, and time zones — a simple way to begin the day in stillness and good company.


These sessions are open to anyone who has attended an introductory session. Beyond that, there is no required experien

Our in‑person retreats (Zazenkai, Keishin, and seasonal sesshin) offer something different: days lived in quiet rhythm, shared practice, and honest companionship. Whether held online or in our retreat space in Cornwall, these gatherings give the body and mind enough space to settle, breathe, and rediscover what has been here all along.


No experience required.
Come as you are — steady, curious, uncertain, or simply needing a place to land.
